To Visit the Hallmark Development Center:
Visitors are always welcome at the Hallmark Development Center. Come meet the committed group of staff who work with, and care for, these very special individuals. Observe the classes and activities that have been designed to promote growth and help each person reach his or her maximum social and developmental potential. From the North:
Route 91 south to exit 19. The ramp puts you onto route 5 toward
Northampton. Once you’ve passed Walmart, take a right at the
light onto Bridge Road. Northampton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
is .5 miles ahead on the left.
From the South:
Route 91 north to exit 18. Go straight through the light onto Damon
Road. Northampton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is 1.5 miles ahead
on the left.
From the East:
Route 9 west. Once you enter Northampton take a right at the next
light, Damon Road. Northampton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is
1.5 miles ahead on the left.
From the West:
Route 9 east. Take a left onto Bridge Road (at Look Park.) Northampton
Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is 1.8 miles ahead on the right.
